Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

When your order ships

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in Boise, Idaho, usually within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

We ship with USPS or UPS. Most orders arrive 2 to 5 business days after they ship. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping cost

• Subscription orders: free, every order
• One-time orders of 2 or more bottles: free
• One-time orders of 1 bottle: $7.50 flat rate

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only change the address before the order ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once the new shipping cost is covered.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and give it a day, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. Then email us and we'll help sort it out.
