How your subscription works

When you subscribe, we ship your formula on a repeating schedule (every 30, 45, or 60 days, whichever you choose) and charge the payment method on file for each order on its billing date. Your subscription keeps renewing until you cancel it.

Pricing

Subscribers save 12% on their first and second orders and 15% on every order after that, with free shipping on every order. If we ever change the price of your subscription, we'll email you before the new price takes effect.

Reminders

We email you before each upcoming charge, so you have time to skip, reschedule, or cancel.

Managing or cancelling

You can skip, reschedule, pause, or cancel anytime online. Log in to your account at lucidummedicinals.com, or use the manage-subscription link in any subscription email. You don't need to call or email us to cancel. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

Failed payments

If a payment doesn't go through, we'll retry it and email you so you can update your card. If it still fails, that order is skipped and your subscription stays active for the next one.

Refunds

If you were charged for an order that hasn't shipped yet and you didn't want it, email us and we'll refund it in full. For everything else, see our Refund policy.
